RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Each Wide Angle Society product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Email us at jimmyboheler@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review the problem and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once submitted. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.

WRONG ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
